By law we have to send you several reminders that your domain is due for renewal. These reminders will be sent to the email address we have on file for you, so please ensure you have access and you regularly check the email address you have given us
A few days before your domain is due for renewal, if you domain is set to AUTORENEW, our system will generate an invoice and this will be emailed to you.
You can login to your client area at https;//d9clients.com/clientarea.php
1. Click Billing > My Invoices and select the relevant invoice and make payment
If no invoice is due or available and you wish to renew your domain before one is generated
1. Click Domains > Renew Domains at the top of your screen
2. Check the box to the left of your domain(s) you wish to renew
3. Select the term from the drop down menu
4. Click the green ORDER NOW button at the bottom
N.B. If you have your domain set to DISABLE AUTORENEW no invoice will be generated for renewal so although we will send you reminders, you will need to contact us to generate an invoice if you wish to renew
