WARNING: Domains should only be unlocked for the purposes of transferring out to another Registrar

Login to your client area at https://d9clients.com/clientarea.php

Click on the Domains box at the top, you will then see a list of all domains purchased from D9 (domains hosted with D9 but not purchased from us will not appear here)

Click on the Active button to the right of your domain

In the left hand Click on Registrar Lock

Click the red Disable Registrar Lock button
