My Details Have Changed, What Do I Do? Print

If any of your details change (address, phone, email etc.) please update your client area profile ASAP. It is vital that we have your
up to date information on file, should we need to contact your about your hosting account. Many clients not changing email address have not received renewal reminders that we have sent and so their hosting and/or domains expire, which means your website won't function.


You can change your details by logging into your client arae below:

Then click on the "Hello *Name*!" tab at the right hand side of the secondary navigation bar, and then click on "Edit Details"


For security purposes it is not possible to change your username (email address) from within your client area, to change the username (email address) of an account please contact customer service.
