Why Can't I Log Into My cPanel Via The Client Area? Print

If you are unable to log into your cPanel via the login box in the client area, this means that you have changed your password from
the original password sent in your welcome email and as such the password displayed in your client area is incorrect.


To rectify this you can change the cPanel password from within your D9 client area by clicking on Services > My Services > Click on the WORDS `View Details' (not the drop down menu arrow next to this) >  Click on the Change Password link

Once the password has been changed, you will be able to use the cPanel login button in your client area to automatically log into your cPanel without needing to manually enter the username and password.
