Why Are You Not Replying To My emails? Print

If 12 hours has passed and you haven't received a response to your question, the chances are that we have replied to your ticket and our reply is getting caught in your email spam filters.

If you have a D9 Hosting account, please login to your Client Area at https://d9clients.com/clientarea.php and click on My Support and you will see our reply to your email there.

If you submitted a ticket without creating an account, we suggest that you create a free D9 Hosting customer account, you will then be able to view your ticket history using our online system.

Please ensure when submitting a ticket you do so from the email address you registered with us, otherwise our system won't recognise you and we will have to waste your valuable time with emails backwards and forwards verifying who you are for security purposes. The best way to avoid this is to always submit tickets from your client area, as described above.
