Whilst we never like to see cancellation requests come in, we do understand that circumstances can change and there are times when clients wish to cancel their account. To cancel your account with D9 Hosting, as per our Terms of Service, which you agreed to when you signed up, please open a ticket with our billing department for further cancellation instructions:

Please note, you NEED to follow the instructions to cancel, your account won't be cancelled if you do not. Cancelling your credit card payment or PayPal subscriptions does not mean you have cancelled your services with us. When you have followed the instructions to cancel, please ensure you read the Cancellation Confirmation email we send you in it's entirety as it includes some further information which is important.
