There are a number of different reasons as to why you are unable to connect to your website. Information on the different causes can be found below.
Server Outage
It's possible that the server your website resides on is having problems, this would lead to you being unable to see your website, access email, FTP and SSH. All server outages are reported on Network Issues page:

Local Problem
Sometimes certain ISP's (internet service providers) may face routing problems to a specific server or datacentre, these issues are usually very temporary and last a couple of hours at most. You can check to see if this is the problem by using the following website service monitor tool below (enter your URL in the "host name" field), this will check from a different location to see if the server is responsive.

Nameserver Problem
If you have just added a new domain to your account, or opened a new account with us. You need to ensure that your nameservers have been set correctly, even if you have set them correctly, they can take between 12 - 48 hours to fully propagate. If you are unsure about what your nameservers should be set to, please see the following server information page:

You can also view your server information in the email we sent to you titled New Account Information - you can always find a copy of this in the My Emails log in your Client Area
