If you believe your website has been hacked it may be worth getting in touch with us and seeing if we have a backup that we can restore for you that was taken before the hack took place.

If we are able to restore a "clean" backup you should immediately update and scripts you are running under the account to the latest versions and delete anything that isn't in use. 99% of all website hacks occur due to vulnerable PHP scripts running on a hosting account.

If you find that the hack has reoccurred after the "clean" backup has been restored it's likely that a hidden backdoor was placed in your account and this has allowed the hacker to gain access to the account, in which case you can follow the guide below which shows you how to properly clean up a hacked website.
