You may have noticed that we've had the decorators in here at D9 over the past few days!
And we're delighted to let you know that in our efforts to continue to provide you with the best services possible, we've introduced some great new features that you can find out about if you read through the rest of this message :-)
New Packages
Our main core package now offer all the disk space and bandwidth you will need for your home and small business sites, whilst our new reseller accounts allow you to sell our hosting services to your own clients, under your own brand - we even provide you with a free domain name reseller account so you have access to domain names at wholesale prices!
For our Clients that need more power, we are able to bring you our VPS (virtual Private Servers), Hybrid and Dedicated Plans. So, no matter what your hosting needs are, D9 Hosting can accomodate you, and, indeed, your customers!
New Server Locations
No longer do your sites have to be situated in the US. For customers that need quick response times to Europe, we are delighted to announce that we can provide you with VPS, Hybrid, and Dedicated plans located in the UK!
Customer Rewards
A lot of companies offer great discounts to entice new customers into the service, but what about the customers that are already there?
If it wasn't for you we wouldn't have a business, so we want to reward you for sticking with us. That's why all customers with 1 or more active services have access to special rewards - you can access these from the home page of your D9 Hosting client area. (After you login)

Upgrading To A New Package
We are aware that you may wish to upgrade your hosting package, so we have done our best to make it as simple as possible. To upgrade your package please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your D9 Hosting client area
2. Click on the "Services" link
3. Click on the blue "i" icon
4. click on the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button and follow the instructions
If you have any problems, or would prefer us to upgrade you manually, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
Cheaper Domain Names
This part of the D9 Hosting update process was actually implemented as a test a couple of months ago, and you'll be pleased to know it was a success -- we are sticking with the new cheaper domain name prices.
You can now register, renew, and transfer domains through D9 Hosting for only £6.99 per year (.com pricing, other TLD's may vary), this is one of the cheapest prices on the net and we'd be delighted if you'd start to use us as your domain registrar (if you aren't already!)
Improved Affiliate Commissions
We know that our old site wasn't the best at converting your traffic into sales, and we apologize for that, but things are changing! We now have a brand new site, and brand new, competitive packages to attract new customers - and we need YOUR help to spread the word.
That's why we have increased our affiliate commissions, our most popular hosting package (the Shared Hosting Plan) now pays out 40% commission, that gives you the potential to earn over $67 for every custom er you send to us.
Your affiliate area already contains some new affiliate banners to promote the new packages, so we recommend replacing your old banners with them ASAP so you don't miss out on any potential sales.
New Website Design
As we touched upon at the start of this message, the D9 Hosting site has had a much needed face lift. The new site allows us to advertise our new services, and should hopefully make things a lot easier from your end as well! If you do find any problems with the new site, we'd be very grateful if you could let us know - we've gone through everything with a fine tooth comb but there may be some little bits we have missed ;-)
That's all for now, there's just one more phase left as part of the facelift which involves the way you are billed, but we have no ETA on when it will be completed so we'll be giving you more details on that as and when.
