cPanel have just announced yet another increase to their partner and retail license pricing. cPanel were sold to a Venture Capitalist company in 2019 by their founder and have raised prices every year since then. We raised our shared hosting prices back in January 2020 and haven't raised them since. Unfortunately the latest increase from cPanel has left us with no choice but to go ahead and raise the price of our Shared, Reseller and Multi Site plans to ensure that we are able to continue to run a profitable business and deliver the high levels of service you have come to expect.
With that in mind, the monthly cost of our shared, reseller and multi site hosting accounts will increase by the following amounts from the start of January 2025. Please note that our premium "Plus" plans will not be increasing in price:
Shared Hosting Price Increases
D9 One: +1 USD/GBP per month
D9 Max: +1 USD/GBP per month
Reseller/Multi Site Price Increases
Bronze Reseller/Multi Site 1: +3 USD/GBP per month
Silver Reseller/Multi Site 2: +4 USD/GBP per month
Gold Reseller/Multi Site 3: +5 USD/GBP per month
Platinum Reseller/Multi Site 4: +6 USD/GBP per month
The price of the cPanel licenses for VPS and Dedicated Server customers will be increasing at the same time but affected customers have already been contacted regarding this. Alternative, lower cost, control panels are available for VPS and Dedicated Server customers so please do get in touch with us should you wish to move away from cPanel and avoid these annual price rises.
