You may have noticed that since Friday evening the server has been playing up, resulting in some downtime earlier today - Sunday September 14th.

After bringing the server back online, we were able to diagnose the problem with the server. To fix the problem we need to upgrade the server's Kernel.  Once updated the server will be back up and running as normal.

If all goes to plan there should be less than 30 minutes downtime during the upgrade.  We understand how frustrating downtime is for you but unfortunately, it can't be avoided. Taking this action today will prevent longer amounts of downtime for your sites in the future.

The kernel upgrade will take place within the next 24 hours, many thanks again for your support!

N.B. This will NOT affect Clients who have their account on our Wilde server.
