We're 7 Years Old + New Client Area Design Launched

It's Our Birthday Week - Send Cake!
It was the 13th of May 2007, we'd spent the previous 6 weeks painstakingly planning our new venture and wondering if it would ever take off. And then it came, at 15:18 an email arrived in our inbox with the subject:
"Invoice #10 has been paid"
We couldn't believe it, our first real customer had placed an order on our website and sent $35.85 into our PayPal account!
Fast forward 7 years and we're still here and still going strong.
And because we all love a good fact, here are a few interesting 7th birthday facts that I've dug out about what we've achieved in those 7 years:
- Over 60,000 support tickets have been replied to in under an hour
- Our longest serving tech is Ajeesh B Kannan who has been with us for an impressive 4 years and 1 month
- Clients in 54 countries are currently using our services
- Over 10 TB of data is backed up on a daily basis
- We've gone through 4 website redesigns in 7 years
- Our oldest active customer has been with us for the past 84 months
We want to take this opportunity to thank each and every past and present customer that has come through our doors, we couldn't have made it this far without you and we look forward to providing you with the same level of quality service for the years to come.

Unless you are really unobservant you've probably noticed that whilst reading this news article your client area looks, you know, kind of different! If you've only just noticed the change after reading this sentence, take a look around, the new design is pretty cool.
The main aim of the redesign was to make the client area Tablet and Mobile friendly. We know a lot of you access your client area whilst on the move, using either your Tablet or Smartphone and the old design was a bit clunky to navigate around. So we've done away with it and launched what you see before you today; a new client area that works as well on a Tablet or Smartphone as it does in your web browser.
So please do have a good look around your newly spruced up client area and let us know if you come across any issues with it.
