We are aware that since the 18th August a handful of clients have been having trouble accessing the D9 Hosting servers.

This was due to a new firewall system that we installed, unfortunately it appeared to have an adverse effect on a small number of users. As the firewall was working fine at our end, and for the majority of users, we weren't aware of there being a problem until early on the 20th.

We've spent the past few hours trying to tweak the firewall but in the end we've decided to revert back to the old firewall whilst we look into what was causing the issues.

If you were having problems accessing the servers, the problem should be resolved.
