Clients on the "Bullseye" server will have noticed an unacceptable amount of downtime from the 4th - 5th October 2008.

The result of the downtime was traced to a problem with the Power Supply Unit (PSU) on the server. The PSU was replaced with a new one by our onsite admins early Sunday morning (the 5th) and the problem shouldn't happen again.

The server will remain closely monitored to ensure the new PSU is functioning as it should.

We apologise for the invoncinience this has caused our customers, and would of course be happy to move any customer to another of our servers should they wish.
