To access your cPanel username and password:

1. Login to your D9 Hosting Client Area here:

https://d9clients.com/clientarea.php

2. Click on My Services

3. Click on the small blue `i'  icon next to the hosting package, scroll down and you will see your cPanel username and password along with a quick cPanel login button.


Accessing to your cPanel

1. You can access your cPanel by typing in your primary domain name like this:

http://www.yourprimarydomain.com/cpanel

(Don't forget to change `yourprimarydomain.com' for your own primary domain name)

and using your usual cPanel username and password to login

Please remember that these login details are CaSe SEnSiTivE, they should be copied and pasted EXACTLY with no extraneous spaces at the beginning or end.
