How To Add A Second Contact Email Address To Your Account

To ensure that Clients receive all emails sent by D9 Hosting, we strongly recommend that you add a second contact email address to your customer account, particularly if you are using a Hotmail, AOL or Yahoo email address. This means that all correspondance will be sent to both your primary, and secondary email addresses.

To add a secondary contact email address to your account, please login to your Client Area, click on the My Details link > click on the Add New Contact link > don't worry about adding all your name and address again, simply insert your secondary email and check the boxes at the bottom > Save Changes
